Our story
A community,
not a database.
Oskar Morad came to Melbourne from Cali, Colombia with US$800 to his name — and an eye that wouldn't look away. Everywhere he looked, capable people were working hard for less than they were worth.
Fifty dollars of flyers started a service built on one promise: pay people properly, give businesses absolute reliability, and run it hands-on — never from a desk.
The turning point came when a client needed one casual to cover a factory shift — their agency's people weren't working out. Oskar's worker was so good they made him permanent and never went back. That same standard now anchors hundreds of placements across six cities.
“When a client calls with an urgent shift, we reach workers in minutes — not hours. That's not a database. That's a community.”
