Calima Group Ltd Pty was born from a deeply personal journey. After experiencing firsthand the challenges of finding his way in Australia as a migrant, our founder decided he didn’t want others to face the same struggles. Drawing on his own experience and talents, he paved the way for other Latin Americans, creating an organisation dedicated to empowering them with meaningful employment opportunities.
Founded in 2020, we are a Colombian-Australian-owned labour hire company based in Melbourne, operating across Australia and New Zealand. Known for the resilience and quality of our workforce, we specialise in providing high-quality staffing solutions for both temporary and permanent roles, as well as Industrial Cleaning Services, across sectors like warehouse and logistics, civil, manufacturing, and major events.
